Lifestyle encompasses diet, sleep, exercise, working habits and personal relationships. Chinese medicine has its own perspective of health in these areas which can differ from our own modern perspective.

Lifestyle is a very personal series of choices. While many patients who require treatment do not need to make lifestyle adjustments, sometimes a physical or emotional difficulty is actually the result of lifestyle imbalances. This means that without fundamental changes to lifestyle a full recovery simply is not possible.  

If it seems an appropriate and necessary part of the recovery process, suggestions for lifestyle adjustments will be offered for your consideration as part of your treatment.
